This #Infographic is all about the basics of beer and food pairing. A hot topic these days, this whole beer and food pairing thing. Garrett Oliver has a book on it and good friend of BetterBeer.com Mirella Amato has an outstanding book that touches on it as well.
In the meantime, feel free to use this cool cheat sheet to get you started. It’s over-generalized in some areas, but this topic is tough to nail down in an Infographic.

Note: I’ve never really been a big fan of using the term “craft beer” because I don’t think that anyone really knows the true definition of it. The BA has a definition, but I think that a very high percent of the public would call specific beers “craft beers” that don’t fit the BA’s definition.
